## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this 7 count? Can the shoe lace go through this hole?**
A: Bead lace--like plastic string you use to make kids bead bracelets-- if it's the size I have (1mm in diameter) goes through just fine.  Fuzzy pipe cleaners go through as well and so does 1/8 inch satin ribbon with a little crinkling at the edges.

**Q: What kind of needles are needed for this canvas?**
A: Most needles will fit through the holes okay, but I recommend size 24 or 26 tapestry needles and three strands of embroidery floss.

**Q: Is this correct?  You use this plastic canvas in place of waste cloth, stitch your cross stitch pattern, but then how do you remove the plastic grid?**
A: The first half is correct. You use the plastic instead of cloth, but it's holding your stitches in place so you don't/can't remove it. Think of it more as a really really rigid cloth. You don't need a ring to hold it taught, and when you're done  you can leave it as-is or trim it down close to the stitches .

**Q: Does the 14 mesh plastic canvas come in sheets any larger than 8.5X11? I'm thinking this would be great for needlepoint projects.**
A: I have never seen any other sizes in the 14 count, just the  8.5 x11, sorry
