I didnot find any visible effect even after using it for a month. Gives rise to stomach problems. Waste of money.

I'm uncertain about this product. It's labeled as vegetarian, but it also contains grass-fed ingredients. Can someone verify?

I purchased these to get my hair to grow faster after a bad haircut, and not only did it make my hair grow considerable faster, but I noticed I wasn't as sore after being on the floor for prolonged times wrapping presents and stuff like that. I didn't have the ache you get when you first get up. It just wasn't there anymore, and I can't contribute that to anything else other than taking these pills.

Five years years ago my hair would not grow past my shoulders what so ever, the ends were split and dry and my nails would peel and flake off like mica. No amount of hair treatments, oil, or products would fix this problem that I had been having since I finished puberty. I went to my doctor and asked if there was a medical problem and without doing any tests then he declared I needed calcium and recommend I take calcium to fix the problem...Two years I was on calcium and.... it did nothing... So I did some research and that led me to collagen.I tried a few different brands, the powder you put in drinks that taste like literal cat food and moldy fish, the liquid that does not taste much better and I eventually settled on this brand's tablets...I have been using these for three years straight and my hair is down to my middle back now, and my nails are long and strong. It took a good 6 months to really notice results but after those six months I swore I would never use a different product. My skin is also plumper and some finer lines around my eyes have filled in.I highly recommend this product because it WORKS. This product is perfect for people who cannot tolerate the powder collagen and can tolerate BIG pills.Please, try this product but give it a few months to work. It can't work overnight, it can't work in a week, you have to give it at least 4.

I'm trying to decide if I like the pills better than stirring in my coffee and no answer there, it's whatever your preference. I've used the powder collagen for 3 years so I think it's hard to change. I do feel several things in my life are better because of taking collagen, so will take it in one form or another. As for the stars I don't think they are for pain and I take them so fast if there's flavor, I didn't realize it.

I've been taking this product for years now. Y'all have the best quality. It helps with my spasms in my back and legs. THANK YOU for giving me a little relief from the pain.
