A: It is listed on the box and on the bottle.

**Q: How much calcium is in 1 tablet**
A: the list of ingredients does not show any calcium.  It shows glucosamine HCl, joint shield,and methylsulfonylmethane, along with 20 mg of sodium.

**Q: Does this contain Chondroitin?**
A: The one my husband and I take, the one you are asking about,  does not contain Chondroitin. We buy because of the MSM. That is our main stay.
Osteo Bi-Flex does make it with Chondroitin but not with both. We have not found it so.
