I am always in the gym, yet since the pandemic I had to stay indoors. I purchased this product because I wanted to still work out at home and still keep my body toned. Upon purchasing this product and using it for a month I really enjoyed how easy the product was and how the product held up. For me, I am all about my workout products lasting. Even when I was utilizing this product on my workout machines it really helped my glutes and even improved them. So this product is a must have.

Es bueno, lo atoro de la caminadora y lo utilizo para ejercitar la piernas, me parece que debería de tener al menos un tutorial para ver qué ejercicios puedes hacer….

I think it’s easy to use. Does not feel like it would snap. They are sturdy behind a door and I get a good workout at home. It’s good to practice these exercises at home because at the gym someone always tries to show you how you are not doing it correctly. This is helpful but embarrassing. For now, I play a reel or tik tok video showing the technique in the comfort of my own home and soon I’ll do them at the gym when I become stronger/ need more resistance . It’s a good workout to do at home even if you do it at the gym as well.
