Do the hcg test lines ever get darker than control line?  I'm 6 weeks and they hav been the same color for a week.

Dear L.S.:Thank you for your inquiry. Typically the test line will be fainter or the same color as the control line within 3-5 minutes depending on your amount of HCG detected. Usually, by 6 weeks your HCG levels may be in the hundreds or thousands. This would make a prescreen test difficult to use accurately. I tested everday since 10dpo, now it’s 16dpo, evertime it’s negative, but my period has still not yet come, what happened!! Someone has same problem?

In my experience, it’s either a product defect or this may be a doctor question. Try a few more, or a different packet/brand and if you get the same results on 3+ different products/brands I would contact your doctor.

The description states can detect pregnancy 5days before your missed period. The instructions state it can detect one day after your missed menses?

We do place a description of 1 day of missed period. A small percentage of women can find a positive pregnancy result 4-7 days before missed period, but due to the cut-off it may not be found in most women. The tests were delivered while I was away and left in freezing temps for 24 hours.  How does this affect the accuracy of the tests?
