Worked as designed and easy to install ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by B***1 on 2 June 2015* I used this to mount a car stereo in one of the basement storage areas on my motorhome. Combined with a couple of weather-proof Yamaha speaker boxes, this created a neat outside entertainment center that works great. Now I just flip open the door on the motorhome's basement storage area, and there is a nice stereo, well protected in this box. This stereo mounting box is made of heavy plastic, and is sturdy and well-constructed. It has some removable tabs to accommodate old style car radios which have a volume knob on the left and tuning knob on the right (who has one of those anymore?), but those tabs are easily removable (I used a loose hacksaw blade to remove them).
