Good product, but for the size of it, should be less price. Easy to use and smell is adequate. Long lasting, functioning well. Only gave it a 4 star due to price.

I think it helps
After several years of condensate drains plugging in Florida home during summer while I was was away up north and requiring an AC tech to come out to suck out condensate drain I started using one of these pan strips. Since doing this I have not had a condensate plugging. However I also started having home checker put a cup of vinegar in the drain line monthly. So I am not sure if pan strip really helps. Ac tech said they sometimes find that the pan strips sometimes break apart and actually can cause a plugging to occur. I can see how this could happen but have not experienced this plugging myself although the pan strips are breaking apart somewhat after 6 months. I don't use them inthe winter when AC running much less and I can periodically suck out condensate line with a shop vac.
