Ordered it with my brand new 3210AN Charge Controller but just can't get it to connect. It is installed and shows up in Device Manager as working (Win7) on Com9 but I don't get any data in the software, and it gives Timeout errors when trying to monitor.UPDATE: After messaging the manufacturer and getting a mostly Chinese document back that was of no help I figured out that you need to go in to Device Manager, select the com port, right-click and choose properties, then find the "RS485" checkbox on the second tab. After doing that the cable started working properly.The cable shipped in a plastic baggie with no documentation, so plan on a bit of a challenge to get it up and running. You'll need to visit EPEver's website and download the driver package (comes in RAR files) and install it yourself.
