The only thing that disappointed me was how difficult it was to get the poster to flatten out.

**Q: Are these exactly the same exercises on both ?**
A: nope they are different. Excellent exercises!

**Q: Are there two separate sheets or just one double sided?**
A: There are 2 separate sheets. 1 for band and1 for straps. Both are broken down by muscle groups. I taped them to the inside of the closet door which I use for working out. They could be taped back to back to save room. They are very durable a d have excellent exercises

These posters are very nice quality, weight and will last probably longer than me lol. AND something REALLY awesome I didn't realize when I ordered them is they are printed horizontally on one side and vertically on the other so you can hang them either way. VERY nice! Easy to read and sure make the workout area look pro. Plus easy to follow and more exercises then I knew so my workout will be much better and efficient not having to remember or follow a video. I would definitely order them again and highly recommend them!
