I've given so many of these away to fellow allergy sufferers over the years I have lost count. They last for a long time, as I only take one when experiencing symptoms. That is how homeopathy works best, in my experience. Also, for those unfamiliar with homeopathy, which works vibrationally (and is thus undetectable to medical "science" whch does not acknowledge vibrational frequency) there are a few simple rules to follow in order to optimize results: 1. do not touch pill with finger when placing it in mouth. Instead pop directly into motuh from foil packet 2. take nothing by mouth, not even water, for at least 5 mins before and after. Nothing by mouth 15 mins before and after is even better. 3. avoid anything with strong aroma at least 15 mins before and after, and longer is even better (caffeine, mint, toothpaste, etc) These tablets immediately allay itchy, runny, scratchy, red eyes, crazy sneezing--whatever i am experiencing. As they come in foil packets, I can keep extras in my car and purse.

Two co-workers swear by this product so I tried it this year. I began using it after my allergies had already manifested so for the most part I was doing damage control, rather than prevention. I was told that it would have been more effective if I had started using the product before allergy season begins for me, so I'm looking forward to being prepared next year. That being said, I do believe it helped, so I wasn't disappointed.

The Mayor of NYC is planting 1,000,000 male trees in the city, that means a LOT of tree pollen is in the air. Everywhere you look people are suffering, its like a allergy plague. Luckily for me I found these and they work great. No side effects. Totally saved me.

Once you get them and read the instructions ...there are not enough in the bottle to determine if they work or not.
