I have very dry skin and this moisturizer does a very good job of keeping my skin moist and supple. I put it on at bedtime and in the morning my skin still feels soft. It is a gel and very thick, so people who like a lighter product may not like this one. I need heavy moisturization, though, so it's perfect for med.
