Really liked this .its practical versatile and very cleverley puts you in the knowhow without the jargon you would find in other publications.straight forward illustrated diagrams .activities and pictures you can spend hours doing these activities.

Hardens very quickly. If you mix the quantity suggested in the instructions you have to be quick using it before it hardens

Amazing book. Perfect for my 10 year daughter who wants to be an architect. I want one myself! Would definitely purchase if they were to write more.

This book is really good! I was looking for a good kids book for someone who’s interested in architecture and blueprints. I found done at multiple libraries and I looked on Amazon for a long time. This one had high reviews so I decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did! It’s exactly what I wanted. I put a video with a flip through in it so you can see inside because I wish someone had done that and I was looking for it. If you’re on the fence, I would definitely get this. It has info about a topic and then a place to sketch and an idea to do a small hands on project. My son did the first page as soon as it arrived and he read about different foundations (and different needs for different types of ground), he used index cards to build a structure and then built that same structure on top of a tray that was floating on water. It was really fun and helped him to really understand the topic. We can’t wait to do the rest of the book!

Do you have a curious kid ? Have you already exhausted all other book options like puzzles, doodles and such ? This is the book you should get next . I’m an interior designer and graphic designer and I bought this book for my nephew . The story goes like this. My little nephew , who’s 7 , has come for vacations and was carrying this book with him. I was immediately taken by the title and goodness gracious..!!! fell in love with it so much that I begged my nephew to give it to me !!!! Imagine asking a 7 year old to part with his things !!! He twiddled around a bit on that ask and lo and behold !…. gently came over to me on the last day of his departure and gifted it to me ! Meanwhile, I knew I had to have a fair exchange , and Amazon did have this book so I ordered it and I gave him a brand new copy and took his scribbled one . I open it some days when I miss him . It’s got wonderful creative drawings page by page . It’s amazing how a heavyweight subject like Architecture has been made understandable and immersive by the author. It’s not intimidating at all. And actually guides a young mind towards spatial thinking. Must say, this book has got to be in every kid’s playbox.
