Scrumtrulescent!
There is no word to describe this bean paste other than scrumtrulescent! My best friend Megumi took me to a Boiling Point restaurant in Seattle and I loved it! The bean paste stood out though because it’s packed with such a delicious flavor. I put that on every bite of my hot pot and my rice. Since I ordered some, every time I eat it I get Dr. Demento’s fish head song stuck in my head but I substitute bean paste instead. “Bean paste, bean paste, garlicky fermented bean paste, bean paste, bean paste, eat it up YUM!” As Emmymade would say “ itadakimasu!”

Great Buy
This sauce is amazing. Gives your food a slow cooked flavor without the extra work. I've used it in a variety of applications (slow cooker, stir fry, marinade). It's slightly spicy (white person) with a deep Umami flavor.

Great Sauce for Hotpot or just eating with Rice!
Been looking for a sauce for hotpot for home, always wanted to find the sauce they use at Tasty Pot. This is as close as it gets. The boiling point sauce has slightly more garlic flavor and leans towards the savory side when compared to the Sauce I get at Tasty Pot. Overall still very close and would recommend.

Love this! Theybran out of the spicy garlic so I ended up with this instead. And might I say taste is awesome! I only added their chili in it and it was delicious!

too expensive!
I am a loyal customer for Boiling Point. I love their food and sauces a lot, but I am living in East coast. So, every time when I have a chance go to California, I always eat in the their restaurant for few meals during my trip. Because I miss their food a lot, so, when I noticed Amazon has their online store in it, I immediately ordered few products from them. But I was very surprised to see this sauce package is soooooooo small when I receive it!! With it's price tag, it's totally not worse it! Even the sauce taste excellent and I love it, but I will not purchase it again, unless the price gets much lower or the package become much bigger. It's way too expensive!!! Hope Boiling Point executives can hear my voice. ~Ture voice from a very loyal customer~
