Really nice book with great recipes! Perfect for the low sodium dieters. I have cooked up several recipes and they have been delicious!! Gives all nutritional values with each recipe. I only cook for two so these recipes are larger . I have left overs for the next day or two . Paper quality is really nice. I just wish there was a picture with every recipe. This book is a must have for those needed to be on a dash diet
