After using for about a week shoulder/neck muscle pain reduced a lot. After couple of weeks neck hump becomes much smaller. Play with pads position a bit, so at first I've used it on one shoulder only, than on both. The position is very important, so moving even a few cm might give better results, you should basically feel a bit of muscle pain when using, not just tickle. Now using 1-2 times per day 30 minutes per session. The only thing I don't like is 15 power mods. For the most part I'm using all 15, but in one of the mods 14->15 gives too much boost. So the mods below 13 are basically not needed, you need to press up buttong like 15 times each time.

more useful for localised small areas like neck or shoulders , not very effective for dull or diffuse type of pain like lower back or sciatica

Bought this because my period pains are sometimes really bad. Definitely works and its nice and compact for taking anywhere. There are enough settings to give you the relief you need/want. Try not to get the gel pads dirty so that you do not have to replace them too soon

Overall good not consuming batteries much but company should start providing extra pads 2 pads not enough

A very compact size and easy to use. Came with a soft pouch and batteries. It is good quality and doesn’t feel flimsy. It helped me with the back and thigh pain I was suffering. The pads adhered to my skin very strongly and left no residue when removed. I would highly recommend

Soffro di dolori e contratture muscolari cronici nonostante non abbia problemi di salute. Non essendo il mio un problema grave ma lo stesso molto fastidioso, ho trovato efficace e di sollievo l'utilizzo COSTANTE di questo Tens per il massaggio delle zone del corpo interessate (nel mio caso i muscoli della schiena trapezio e romboide e quelli delle spalle e parte superiore delle braccia). Personalmente mi ha giovato tantissimo dopo un po' di giorni che lo utilizzavo rigorosamente 3 VOLTE AL GIORNO come indicato nelle istruzioni. È molto comodo perché ci sono vari programmi specifici per i vari muscoli del corpo e in più alcuni massaggi generici che simulano il massaggio standard di base. Sono veramente molto contenta e sto meglio da quando lo utilizzo! Però mi raccomando: SIATE COSTANTI!
