Polar all surface grey primer.
Sprays o.k but best to do it outside as it smells quite strongly. Wear a mask if possible.

Good and bad
The paint is good: very good adhesion; quick drying; dries evenly leveled. The can is bad: continually spurts and stutters. If you're looking for a good primer for wood/MDF I can recommend this. Despite the problems with the can, I'm very satisfied with the finish - the adhesion trumps any negatives for me. However I'll not be considering this brand for my topcoat!
