Yep, pretty good overall. Good sound quality, fairly good range and good battery life. Like the way you can pause media with one press of a button, and skip to the next track/video with 2 quick presses. I would recommend

I bought the Poly Voyager Legend 30 and I was dubious because it doesn’t include a USB dongle for connecting to a device. In my experience a dongle is the only reliable way to keep a headset paired to a laptop and prevent dropped Teams calls. I’m happy to say this headset has completely allayed those fears. Connection has been rock solid: no random disconnects, no fiddling with Bluetooth settings, and my laptop detects it every time. Call quality is excellent — the noise‑cancelling mics and wind blocking make a real difference on busy calls. The range is noticeably better than any headset I’ve tried before, and the battery easily lasts a full workday. The built‑in prompts for answering calls and the on‑device volume controls are genuinely useful. Comfort is another big plus: it’s lightweight and I can wear it for hours without fatigue. I used to keep two different headsets (one for the office, one for home) and would always have connection issues; this one has replaced both. Highly recommended for anyone who needs dependable, comfortable Bluetooth for Teams or regular calls. I love it.

This is an excellent headset unfortunately the charger didn't work. I asked Amazon for a replacement charger but they couldn't send one but did offer a full refund. As this was a present for my partner and she now uses it everyday I opted to keep the item. The product is excellent but a pity the backup support could not send a new charger as after all its a quality high priced headset.

Don't buy this. Expensively obsolete. There's no way to activate HD voice or change the sensor settings thanks to Poly (HP's rebranded Plantronics) software either on Desktop or mobile disallowing any changes to the settings. I've even contacted HP in order to get the downgrade firmware file so I CAN change the settings and they repeat the same useless instruction:- use the app. For what I paid (twice what it's predecessor headset cost me) I expected nothing but HD voice, but it's off by default which is utterly stupid, there's no need to have it in some long life battery mode or compatibility mode for modern mobiles. Again, excrement thinking by HP/Poly to leave this on a product they still sell yet basically don't support. If I could enable the HD voice on another device, that'd be fine as a workaround. However - nothing, not my Mac, PC, any of my phones can manage this with the pants software that HP/Poly supply, and thanks to the firmware (v110) you simply can't make those changes to the setting on the headset - so you buy what's worse than a headset released more than a decade ago. I invite HP/Poly to step in and reply with something that resembles a solution, but I'm convinced returning it is the only one that will resolve the issue.

You may look a bit like a taxi driver running around wearing one of these BUT THET ARE WONDERFUL!! Never miss a call whatever you are doing, they are extremely comfortable so much so that it’s quite possible to forget you have it in your ear even after 8 hours. Plus it carries on working even in the rain!

This is a fantastic ear piece fits nicely to your ear with no problem whatsoever the battery life and the sound quality is great it’s well worth its money.

2nd time lucky the first one lasted a week and would not connect or change BUT got an exchange and it works brilliantly i have had this model for years and this is only my 2nd one i had to buy

this is the 3rd one that i have bought over the years. Absoultely fantastic , comfy and absolutely does the job. Love the fact that it links into the phone / contact list and announces who is ringing unlike many other headsets. My last one broke on the bend between the piece that sits in the ear and the piece that goes behind the ear - that was after daily usage over about 3-4 year (2015, 2019 and 2023). I suppose thatis expected as it is made of plastic which naturally corrodes with time and sweat would i buy again - yes is it the best on the market - like the carlsberg advert says " probably"
