Perfect caps for pole-type swimming pool
Perfect size to cap off the two vertical, hollow steel poles of my 10,000 gallon pole pool. The ID of the cap was perfect, depth sat just above the tension cable, weight of cap holds it on perfectly. (I propose that the manufacturer of the pole pool should consider adding these excellent white caps to the hardware kit of the pole pool since the cheap, clear caps that currently come with the pool crack after 10 minutes of weather.) Note the ID and OD of this white cap are CORRECTLY described by the seller.

It Works!
An excellent cap. I couldn’t find one at Lowe’s or Home Depot that would fit my clean out. This fit perfectly. It should withstand lawn mowers and weed whacking for a long time. Highly recommend.

I'm sure this is a good product, but it did not fit around the outside of the 4" PVC pipe.

This is NOT for Schedule 40 PVC!
These are for SEWER pipe which is thinner wall than regular Sch 40 PVC so don't give a bad review if you bought the wrong thing! It is annoying that the world used different sizes for different things but it prevents people from using a weaker fitting when they should not. These are THINNER and thus also cheaper than Sch 40
