I know you asked this a long time ago but I have been using this on my 3 year old for quite some time and I believe that it is tear free as he's incredibly sensitive when it comes to getting stuff in his eyes (he's never had any issues).

Says it’s for babies, so assume tear free? But someone says no, that’s so odd - can’t imagine using on s baby if it’s not tear free?

I've used it on my baby and none have never cried. I love how awesome it works and smells.
