My intent was for mice and rats, but if a rattlesnake is in my garage, I am glad to catch it with this trap. They were not dead and I heard the rattle when I opened my door to go in the garage. I immediately finished killing it. I have had family members bitten by rattlers and it is a painful, extensive stay in hospital. **Q: if a child touch it ? How do I remove it ?** A: In case of contact with adhesive, use vegetable or mineral oil to remove from skin or non-target animals. For floors, windows or other non-porous surfaces you can use oil or mineral spirits. If the glue comes on contact with material we recommend using a dry cleaner. Get an effing electric killer that kills the rat instantly** A: I assume it is legal because it can be easily found online and in stores. I can no longer find a kind of old rat poison and assume that one has been banned. I have to agree if there are other options, glue traps are the least of my favorite options. **Q: How do I remove this product from shoes, carpet and most importantly from clothes - my daughter accidentally dropped two of my most favorite sweaters** A: The only thing I have read is oil. Not good for clothes, but if it's bad enough you could try it and then saturate it with dawn dish detergent, let it sit over night and then wash it. Haven't tried it but it might work. Or you could try the cleaners, maybe they can do something.
