I now have three (3) of these tables. I use them exclusively in my shoppe. They are truly sturdy, sound and well built. I have looked into many models and have tried as many. I've settled on "Flash" because of the durability, the fine surfaces of the table "Top" and the unique and extremely reliable the manufacturer uses to secure the top to the extremely sturdy frame. Absolutely the best table, most durable, very attractive, beautiful surface and well built table. Dollar for dollar, this is the best value for I'd imagine, most any occasion, use or purpose. My table arrived earlier this week so this is a first impression review. This is a great table. I'm using it as a desk for my home office. It's sturdy and it looks nice and for the price especially, I couldn't find anything nearly nice. I was hesitant about buying at first based on some reviews that complained about the hardware being visible from the top of the table. They've done a nice job of making everything flush though. I mean, you can feel it if you run your hand over it, but it's not like there are these huge gaping holes in the table. And I actually think it gives it a cool look. I can understand why some may not appreciate the aesthetic, but personally it didn't bother me at all. Make sure you look at all of the pictures (there is a top view picture specifically available, it's not like they are hiding it from you), and as long as the aesthetic doesn't bother you I'd say this is a great buy of a table. I'll update again in a few months if there are longevity problems with the table. Edit: I bought a second table to setup as another workstation and i love it! Definitely will buy again!

Bought this table for use in my art room. Very sturdy, solid table with a handsome finish on the top. This is not a cheap plastic topped table. The top is laminated wood. Steel legs that lock tightly into place-no assembly needed. I am very happy with the quality and at such a great price. Now the top does have metal screw covers showing but they are flat and smooth and flush with the surface. They don’t bother me in the least. My table will be covered with a large piece of mat board that I use for a drawing surface, anyway. Highly recommend!

It was just what I wanted. Very good table, sturdy and serves what I needed.

I don't think Ive ever given a negative review before but this table certainly warrants it. Many significant problems , *beginning with its excessive weight creating problems getting it up the stairs to my apartment. *Then when I unpacked it I noticed what others have mentioned about the round metal pattern of hardware on the surface where the legs were connected to the body (very strange construction) *Getting the legs to lock in place is close to impossible (I gave up trying and assume it will be stable without that) BUT THE WORST PROBLEM for me is the chemical smell which has continued to emanate from the wood. I keep the windows open and a fan on whenever possible without freezing but the smell which seems toxic has continued for weeks. I have now tried wrapping the entire top in plastic hoping to keep the fumes from filling my room. I'm assuming the toxic odor is from some treatment or finish on the wood which ought to be illegal in this country.

Functional,sturdy, with attractive, smooth wooden top. Serves in my kitchenette against the wall as a counter table, where I store my small appliances and still have room to eat.

Product NOT as pictured. There are bolts showing on the top of the table wherever something is attached such as the legs. Do not order unless you plan to use it with a tablecloth or as a worktable where appearance doesn't matter.

Only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5, is the indentations where the heads of screws on the table surface, is not good for tracing. I wish the whole table top was flush and smooth. Other than that, great table.
