What dinners are approved for these lights?

Some answers may refer to our old version of the dimmer recommendation list, but now we have an updated list after more tests. On the new list of compatible dimmers with our lights, we recommend Lutron's DVRP-253P and MA-PRO the most. If you need a smart one, we recommend PD-5NE. Please refer to the user manual for details.

I purchased 12 pack of 4" recessed lights in 3500 k and after installation they are too white. can i purchase 3000 k and switch using existing box?

If you get the same brand it should work. Can you use a dimmer switch? Our lights on the Back had it where we could turn them down.

I think you would use the regular wiring rated for household lights. I have an electrician replaced the regular ceiling lights with these, he did not replace the wiring or rewire the room. My only question is how big your room? These are VERY bright, one of them replaces a regular 60 to 75 W, if you use 40 of these, wow, that's blinding white.

Are these seal rated rated?

There is a sticker that says it conforms to UL .1589 Also says certified to CSA STD C22.2 No.259.9 IC Rating: Dimmable Air Tight. Does that help. I’m happy with them so far make sure you have a hole saw that will adjust exactly to a template that’s based on mm vice inches. My Milwaukee was notched in 16ths as opposed to others that tighten with a hex so it was not optimal but worked. I have 6 left for another area and I will either do them by hand or get the other hole cutter. Comes with a template. Great light for my garage gym @36” spacing. Does that help?
