I used to whip up my mixes in buckets but was always rushed having to make several small batches. Now with this machine I'm able to cast entire countertops in one batch! A great time saver and the quality of mix is outstanding! I could have bought a cheaper machine but I just retired my first Imer drum mixer after 25 years of constant use. Truth be told, I would still be using my first mixer had I not left it out in the rain and seized the motor up. ### ⭐ Definitely not for cool weather *by S***K on March 11, 2019* Was purchased summer 2018. We used it to do a chimney in September and it worked OK but when we tried it in the fall in 30 degree weather it would not rotate up to speed and kept tripping the breaker. I called Imer (they had a quick reply which was good) and was told to keep it in warm place or use a heater.On a warm winter day we used it to scratch coat two chimney's and it was OK for a few batches but then the mushroom cap (see photo) came loose under the guard and the spinning shaft ruined the threads. I haven't found anyone yet with tap and die large enough to fix it so this machine definitely has not paid for it's keep.I sent Imer this photo but there was no offer of help ### ⭐ The mixer came broken and seller won’t return my emails *by T***Y on October 29, 2020* Initially everything seemed fine. I put the mixer together and it looked great, but when I went to plug it in...it wouldn’t run. I messaged the seller 3 days ago making them aware of the situation, and I’m still waiting for a reply. At this point, my Imer 120 plus is just a really expensive paperweight. Custom service is less than ideal, especially seeing as it cost $2,500.
