Does it come with the screws and nuts?

No, the UltiClips do not come with any screws and nuts. You use the screws from your original holster clip. If you don't have them, you can purchase a packet of therm here on Amazon for a small amount. As an aside, for me, being a female, I LOVE the UltiClip! Since I don't always wear a belt, I can fasten them directly to the waistband of my pants. I have been doing that since I purchased them more than 5 years ago and have NEVER had any issues with them slipping off. I have them on all of my holsters.

Which clip do I need for a Tenicor Velo4?

It's a personal choice, but the 3+ is heavier dury than the slimmer 3.3 I'd gone with the 3+ I always error on the side of durability overall but that's not to say the slim isn't solid gear I'd just never want tk risk something so important if that makes sense lol.

Will this fit a benchmade socp dagger?

Thank you for your interest in Ulticlip. I don’t believe the Ulticlip3 will work with the SOCP. One of the product images lists the dimensions of Ulticlip3. You can use the dimensions to check and see if it will work.
