Avevo precedentemente acquistato due pescetti dello stesso concetto di questi che sono maneggevoli e la sabbia all’interno si sente libera, Ho acquistato prima una palla perché poi tra l’altro Vengono indicate due ma in realtà ce n’è una sola quindi, questo mattoncino costa più di 21 €, dovendone usare due ne ho acquistato un altro ed è arrivato identico, Come potete vedere dal video spero che si veda sono due sassi, Pensavo che si sarebbero mollati un po’ alla volta ma niente da fare, quindi non gli ho praticamente mai potuti usare. Il colore non è conforme all’immagine, Una porcheria!

I attended a Barre class and the instructor used these balls for toning and a great workout. I purchased these for home use and they are great. It order to strengthen my hamstrings, I just place it behind my knee in a lift/hold. It works well.

I received 2 of these. They are not the same. One is soft and the other is hard. I believe they are supposed to be equal size and feel. They are not.
