First time purchasing. Been adding a small amount to pancake mix. A friend told me the most important thing is to 'invite' the flour into the mix. Sounds a bit strange perhaps but did it anyway and the result is like magic on my belly. Want to start using it for bread as well. Happy with purchase. No reason not to buy again.

Description says Ragi flour - fox millet and what I received was Rice flour.such a disappointment and waste of time/effort.
