Powerful book. Worth it. Definitely a MUSY HAVE if you like the series. And EVEN if you don’t have any, it’s excellent! NOTE: Since it specifically mentions death & dying (since Jesus died on the cross) it is especially good for a child who has lost someone like a parent or grandparent or sibling or anyone in their life that they miss. IMPORTANT: Jesus’ resurrection power is such an important concept to instill in little ones. It’s one of those books that makes you—the reader— tear up in a good way. It’s depth even speaks to adults! I bought one for myself, our home. My cousin’s little girls who lost their dad at the beginning of COVID. And a neighbor boy to put in his basket. A perfect book to add to Easter baskets. Especially if you get the board book version.

Bought this Book for the grandchildren for Easter. Beautiful Book! Nice Simple Story for them to understand. Soft colorful pictures. Wonderful Quality Book. Would Definitely Recommend it for any younger children for the Easter Holiday.

A cute little book

My son loves this book. We have read it a bunch and if you are religious, it's a good book to discuss the Christian meaning of Easter with your child. It looks at Easter in a way that is accessible to a child, and it does discuss death, new life, and the resurrection in a not scary way. It is a new favorite Easter read.

Adorable

I loved sharing this book with my toddler granddaughter. I was very impressed with how this story was written. Very touching and appropriate for sharing the true meaning of Easter while still including traditions of many families. I recommend buying this book now so it will be on hand for every year's Easter celebrations.

Original. Focuses on less-talked about themes. Thoughtful. True. Beautiful for children and adults. Nice illustrations. The whole set is worth checking out. Very pleased.

Such a wonderful story. Sent as a gift for 2yo. Read to other age kids upto 10 yo, & thoroughly enjoyed. The sentiment is Jesus died because he loves us. It's good to give little ones some meaning to Easter that they can identify with. If you are looking for the Easter story, this isn't the book for you. But I do recommend it.
