We went to visit my sister this past weekend and she had gotten this game on a trip to Flagstaff AZ. She happened to be in a small mercantile shop buying wine and found it. It was such a huge hit, that they actually cancelled their reservations the next evening at a fancy restaurant and stay at the Air-B-N-B to play the game and eat pizza. So we started playing this game on Friday evening, when we arrived. We played the game for 3 hours before finally going to bed. We laughed and had a great time. Got up the next day, and played it again for a few more hours. It is addictive. The game is super easy and the instructions are very clear. We picked up how to play in a few minutes, so super easy for lots of ages to play. There is a ton of strategy in this game. Some of the card allow you to do an action, like ask for a card from a players hand. There is no limit on what you can ask for. The cards are about the size of a normal deck of cards, so easy to manage for even smaller hands. The deck we used this weekend had been used quite a bit, and were still holding up strong, so it is durable. This card game is $19.99 at the time of this review. Card games range for under $10 up to $30. So this is price in line for the game and the strategy it has when playing. Lesser games aren't as strategic. So a great value for the money in my opinion. I liked it so much, I ordered one for myself and will send on to my niece and her family since we will be visiting soon. We just had so much fun playing this game, you really should try it! PS: The young man who invented this game is really impressive. You should check out his story as well, it will make you fall in love with the game even more.

We have religiously showed all our friends and family this game and once they play, they also want a set for themselves. Its super fun to play, the pacing is great, the instructions are simple and easy to understand. The quality of the cards is lovely, the images on the cards are so fun and we love seeing the different designs on other friends cards. This game is so much fun and I cannot stop telling people about it.

Easy and fun game to play at home or bring along on a trip

Not only is this game fantastic fun, it is exceptionally easy to learn and teach to others. The design is simple and elegant, resulting in fast-paced rounds that don't last overly long, but are always a ton of fun. Your fortunes can turn in an instant, meaning that the game never goes dull. One well-played card can upend an entire round, so every player needs to stay on their toes at all times. Don't get cocky if you're ahead, or despair if you're behind. Then we come to the art style. It's simple and hilarious. If you ever wondered what a genetic amalgam of a saguaro cactus and an apatosaurus looks like, your answer lies within this game. The first few rounds I played, we wound up spending as much time ogling the art as we did actually playing the game. All in all, this is a wonderful card game that is accessible to a very wide range of ages from fairly young children all the way up through adults. It's a great game to have on hand for dull nights or social gatherings. A must own for any card game fans or cactus enthusiasts (such as myself).

everyone loves this game from my 6 year old grandsons to their grandpa. Great family fun!

We played with friends and then bought our own. My sons are 5 & 8, both can play. They both request to play this game and we always have fun. The rules are easy to follow, the pictures are funny and help our son, who can’t read yet, to know what to do.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fun Game, But Cards Run Out Fast The Cactus game is super fun and always gets everyone laughing! It’s easy to play and great for groups. The only downside is that you run out of cards pretty quickly, especially if you play often. Still, it’s a hit every time we bring it out!
