The difference is that now I am writing down all the "steps" he lists and other important notes so I can refer to them whenever I want. All the cds have value, but I feel cd 3 is where the program really kicks into the meat of the subject. I recommend this product if you are serious about making a serious and lasting change in your life and need a little guidance in how to make the change(s) permanent.
