I do like these vitamins, not as strong as peppermint oil capsules that I've tried in the past, in which at times I've had to take 2 of these vitamins when I had a stomach ache and even then it wasn't overly potent but I still felt some ease after taking them.

We had both been having stomach upset and decided to give this a try. This is not meant as medical advice, but the peppermint capsules seemed to start soothing, within a couple days. Great product at a good price and they smell fantastic, if you like the scent of peppermint. Seem to be of great quality. We will purchase again in the future.
