After becoming interested in photography again I acquired a few cameras that came without the data cables. Rather than ponce around getting all the correct fittings this reader was the cheaper and more convenient option. So far it's worked flawlessly with CF, SD and micro SD cards and I've transferred 1000s of photos with it. Highly recommended.

Very simple to use card reader which is essential for your camera and other devices using an SD etc type memory card when you have a modern slimline laptop without a built-in reader. I think it is much better to have a reader like this, connected by a lead than one that plugs straight into the USB port as it doesn't transfer the force of an accidental knock etc directly to the computer and preserves the accessibility of a second USB. Very simple 'plug and use', no instructions required. Lots of these on the market, this one has good versatility and a realistic price. It has been in frequent use for over a month without any problems encountered with data/photo transfers. Highly recommended.

Excellent value 5 card reader - would only warn that the Compact Flash Card goes into the reader 'upside down' compared to the other card slots.

Great card reader with support for many different types of cards. Does not allow you to have multiple cards connected simultaneously though.
