The sidewall of this is very thin, so the dimensions are almost the same on the outside as the inside. **Q: How does it open? Just arrived set all 0s and im pushing the button over but its not unlocking** A: I just received one today & sent it right back back because it wouldn't open. The button wouldn't budge at all to the right which is the direction it needs to go to get it unlatched.
