Si vous êtes comme moi, ça pourra vous aider, mais il faut savoir que les ondes vont quand même rentrer par l'ouverture sur l'avant visage yeux nez bouche, mais toute ma tête et mon cou sont protégés et ça soulage beaucoup, c'est efficace.
