**Q: Will this break hair strands?**
A: This was recommended by my hair stylist for in between hair colors where your roots grow really fast.

**Q: do you need to wash it out before recoloring hair?**
A: Yes. This product works good but will stay in your hair until it is washed out. Color wouldn’t take to it. Make sure you wet it before using. It has a slight odor which will go away.

**Q: I just placed an order however I prefer the older product and not the new- how do I go about getting it?**
A: You can’t get older product unfortunately!  I loved the color of light brown and ease of older product new stuff is bad and color terrible!

**Q: Question to the seller: Do you still have the old formula? I want the old black one.**
A: I prefer the new one. No need to wet the stick before using.
