Decent but falling apart
This case is okay. It held up well for a few months but has started to fall apart. The magnetic doesn’t even hold up the iPad in landscape anymore.

Excellent product - Great fit
Fantastic case for the price point. The ipad snaps easily into the case and the fit is excellent. I prefer the soft back for the grip factor over the hard plastic products out there. The cutouts for the speakers, camera, lightning and audio ports are perfect, The case integrated power and volume switch covers are easy to use. The case edge is slightly elevated above the ipad on all sides excluding the cutout for the integrated flip cover. This feature provides excellent protection for the ipad. The magnetic flip cover turns the ipad on/off as expected. When I hold the case edge-wise at a light source, there is no bleeding of light between the cover and the bumper/case edge which indicates a tight fit. The corners by the magnet edge slightly lift up though. The cover looks great for the color. All in all, it's a winner.
