General Guidelines for Flavortini and your favorite spirits. All recipes are for 1 ounce of spirits, but can be scaled up. 70-100 proof spirits are recommended. Vodka is a perfect neutral spirit for any infusion, but the flavors inherent in other spirits can be a great starting point to build upon.
