A: I have not used mine yet but I believe it will hold 7 to 8 quarts. The box says 7 quarts.

I just canned my first batch of the season. Today I canned 8 pints of ground beef. Tomorrow another 8 or more jars, and the next day, a batch of butter (not approved dairy canning, but following many canners who have been successfully doing it for over 25 years). And, I am using my Presto canner on a glass top stove ! A wonderful canner !
