I have always had severe allergies and as soon as my symptoms start I take some tumeric and honestly it subsides. Studies show that Tumeric taken at certain doses actually keep Crohns and UC patients in remission. Studies have not yet shown it to take a patient who is in an immediate flare and calm the symptoms; however, those who are not in a current flare, when taking tumeric have remained in remission without synthetic drugs. Worth trying, and reading about! I have seen so many positive changes in my health since supplementing with tumeric...And I love this brand.
