Manual for Eucharistic Adoration

A must have for adoration! As someone who was beginning to go to adoration, this book has been very helpful. I love the quotes from the saints and the different chaplets you can pray. I take this book with me everytime I go.

This is a beautiful prayerbook for Eucharistic Adoration. It is divided into two parts, Part 1: Preparing for Eucharistic Adoration and Part 2: Aids in Eucharistic Adoration. It includes church teaching about Eucharistic Adoration from the catechism, church councils, papal teaching, and sacred congregations, as well as the Eucharist and Adoration in scripture and the saints and other spiritual writers on the Eucharist. Finally, there is a section containing eucharistic meditations, devotions, prayers, and hymns. It includes chaplets and litanies. This is a nice sized prayerbook, perfect for purse or pocket. It is thorough, containing all the prayers you need for Eucharistic Adoration.

This book is written and compiled by The Sisters who spend their life in adorations. It includes history of adoration, Bible scriptures, different ways to meditate, prayers and hymns. Also includes prayers for Benediction. Faux leather, gold trim on pages, fits in a woman’s handbag. One color (maroon?) fits everyone. Great gift for self or other Catholics. I really appreciate its quality and content!

It contains a lot of explanations about Eucharistic adoration and it’s origins along with foreshadowing of it.

All I wish to say about this truly wonderful little book is - buy it. It is a Pearl. A rich resource for anyone who attends Eucharistic Adoration or indeed for anyone who is contemplating Eucharistic Adoration or who simply wants to better understand Christ in the Eucharist. Would make a really wonderful gift for any devout Roman Catholic. I may buy another for a friend.
