How do you keep the meat from sticking to the top part? Mine keep doing that and falling apart.

I use a small piece of wax paper on top and bottom as I press the burger to size. No sticking at all - and if you plan to freeze them, they are already prepared for future use!

Whats the diameter of the burgers after you press them? (im curious if they are the same diameter of a standard burger bun...leaving them to shrink after grilling...big deal breaker for me. thanks

any burger shrinks a certain amount depending on the fat content. when pressed the patty is a little larger than the size for a bun. if the patty sticks when pressed just slide a butter knife under it and it comes right out. I LOVE MY PRESS!!

Kwaliteit is goed, echter gebruiksgemak is minder. Lastig om je burgers eruit te krijgen. Ook is het formaat best groot waardoor je 200 gram gehakt moet gebruiken voor een dikkere burger.
