اكثر شي متحمسه اقيمه بعد اكثر من شهرين استخدام مررره رهيبه وثقيله جدًا جدًا من شريتها بديت اتمرن والحين بديت الاحظ الفرق وتحسن جسمي كثير ماندمت ابدًا بالنسبه لي تكفيني ما يحتاج اروح نادي فيها مشكله وحده البار ما معه قطعه عشان تحمي الظهر يسبب ألم اعلى الظهر قوي لكن فيه له حلول عادي لا تترددون ابدًا 👍🏻
