Once the user overcomes that the camera is relatively easy to set up with your smart phone. Keep in mind that if you want to record anything from this camera you must add an SD card. The issue I had was with accessing the camera over the internet using my computer. First the website that must be used only works with Internet Explorer. Once the website loads and your camera comes up the tabs on top of the screen are all question marks?????. I had to figure out what the tabs were actually for by trial and error. The zoom feature did not work, but I was able to rotate the camera side to side and up and down. I would not buy this camera again, but will spend an extra few dollars and purchase a "brand name" camera that works properly.
