While it’s fine for everyday use, it didn’t quite meet my expectations in terms of depth and richness. Pros: Affordable: Good value for its size and price. Mild Flavor: Works well for light cooking and marinades. Versatile: Suitable for various dishes like stir-fries, noodles, and dips. Cons: Lacks Depth: The flavor feels slightly watered down compared to premium soy sauces. High Sodium: A bit saltier than expected, so portion control is needed. Packaging Issue: The bottle cap feels flimsy and could be more secure. My Conclusion: Silver Swan Soy Sauce is a decent choice for basic cooking needs but not the best if you're after a richer, umami-packed flavor. It’s affordable and gets the job done, but I might explore other brands next time.
