Powerful. Works for Liftmaster yellow learn button
This cost 3 x what the others did but I could not get the cheaper one to program my 2021 RDX to my Lift Master 2.0+. It said it was for yellow learn button and worked ok for the door (sometimes I would need push it twice). I don't know if this is accurate, but it was like the cheaper one was too weak. I tried many videos / ways. and bought a new battery. I could clear my RDX but the indicator light wouldn't change when I tried to pair it to the remote. As a last effort, I ordered the most expensive one I could find (plus it uses a regular battery) and it worked the first time. I didn't even have to do the second step of pushing the "learn" button on the garage door opener. Worth it. Zero stress.

Perfect, don’t buy generic.
Great range and simple set up. Replaced generic opener that came with house. This is one where you should not buy generic. Great quality and perfect function for price.

Long range, uses AAA batter. Works for community / commercial property gates and doors
Pro: Works great! Has a long range - 100+ feet away. The design was updated and uses a AAA battery instead of lithium coin battery, so it's easier to maintain. Works with HomeLink. Also works with commercial gates / community gates. I originally bought a third-party remote, but had to send it back because the other remote could not work with commercial gates. Only CON is that it is pretty expensive compared to third-party remotes. Easier to buy this remote instead of having a second LiftMaster remote just for the commercial gate.

Outstanding remote, and easily programmable.
Our previous remote, manufactured approximately 2,694 years ago, was finally giving out. This remote is a superb replacement, and very easy to program. There is some confusion in the product description and a few customer questions: First, I didn't have to open my garage door opener and press any colored button, and didn't have to know the code for our parking lot's rolling gate. You simply open this remote, press its Program Button, hold your old remote near it, press and HOLD the old remote's button you want to capture, press the desired button on this remote for a second, release, then press the other button on this remote. Repeat to program the other button. I had bought two of these new remotes, and it took maybe two minutes to program both. And to clarify, you don't need to be near your doors/gates when programming. Second, there's ridiculous confusion on the battery. The product description mentions no battery size, and several answers to questions contain erroneous info. This unit does NOT need a special battery like CR2032 -- it merely needs a single AAA battery. I highly recommend this remote. The signal is very strong -- it gets our parking lot gate opening from half a block away. Very helpful and impressive.

Potential for frustration is high, are you up to it?
Just recently, it came to my attention that mine and the wife's LiftMaster Garage Door Remotes, were... different. Two different models, even though we had the exact same LiftMaster Openers? My Remote had begun to fail, a cheaper model. I was quite pleased to see her more robust model, the 892LT... offered here on Amazon. Uponst arrival, I commenced reprogramming, thinking no big problem since I was a Jet Engine Calibration Technician. Oh goodness, was I wrong on that account! Directions said put the two Remotes side by side, {New & Wife's}... and follow a detailed reprogram scheme. Numerous attempts, did not work, so frustrating. Pulled the Owners Opener Manual, with another technique of communication via a scheme with the Wall Opener buttons. Once again, literally did not work. Last but not least, back to the new units instruction of utilizing the Opener Reset Button on the ceiling drive unit. Voila, we now had functionality, after 90 minutes of "no work" instructions, garage doors opening and closing, and constant frustration!
