Firstly, yes, the taste isn't great, but it's palatable. It's not nasty or powdery as others have said, and when mixed correctly, I actually quite like it. Maybe I'm used to it now. It actually works. I've been using this for breakfast and lunch and having a meal at dinner, and I've lost 2 stone. I'm not saying it's because of this, and again, it's just my opinion, but its working for me. The biggest draw for me was the price. I was paying double this for a certain well-known brand and for only 4kg. Overall, the taste is ok and it does what it says on the tub. I've ordered the strawberry to see what that tastes like.

I’ve gone for breakfast and lunch and Real dinner. Early days for losing weight marker but feeling hopeful as I’ve not felt the need for snacking at all. I recommend using handblender for smooth texture, works very well. Tastes like a real milkshake to me.

Just ordered this for the usual January health start. Banana flavour was my first choice. It mixes well with both water and milk equally and taste was very similar. I was avoiding water initially as I thought it might be horrible but works very well indeed. Definitely banana flavour and does keep you feeling full. I’ve gone for breakfast and lunch and Real dinner. Early days for losing weight marker but feeling hopeful as I’ve not felt the need for snacking at all. I’ve already reviewed the chocolate flavour, so I’m not going to write as much. I do want to state again that there is an ever so slightly grainy texture, which isn’t unpleasant unless this sort of thing bothers you. What I did want t9 say is that the banana flavour is fantastic. So many are bright yellow (due to added colours) and ridiculously sweet to the point of sickly, but this one isn’t. The colour is neutral and the banana flavour actually tastes like banana. This is probably my favourite one over the chocolate, although I still haven’t managed to try strawberry as it’s alway unavailable when I go to order.
