Someone needs to place a bucket over their coffee cup and ask them to top it off from the other side of the office, maybe they will get it then. It would be a very simple fix for the Quite Source generators, just do the same thing they did for the radiator. The oil filter is the right part number as per the manual for a 2011 22KW 2.4L generator. The air filter and spark plugs match also. No Spark plug wrench is included and the oil funnel is not useful.
