Shrink flation
Come on, are you serious?Prime example of shrink flation. The clips on this device are so small it will be impossible to unclip them with breaking them or getting a 3 year olds fingers to do.Not worth the money. Very disappointed with this product.

Excellent for my GoPro!
I bought this to use with my GoPro camera. I wanted something strong and dependable so I didn't have to worry about losing my camera when I wasn't looking. While I was a bit taken back by the size of this thing, it ended up working better than I expected. The pull on it is strong. The cable seems very strong.I found that I could pull my camera out to start filming something and easily activate the lock on the retractor. This would keep it at a comfortable length. When I was done, a quick switch and let the camera retract.I never felt like I was going to lose my camera.

Large & in Charge
It is a large box. It does have a very strong pull & Pretty darn durable. If you're looking for a small key holder this ant it. Unlike that boomerang when you were a kid. This thing will rally a maglight containing 5D batteries like nothing. Uncle Bill had it attached to his belt loop & zzziipppp. He doesn't need that hip surgery anymore. Funkytown is playing on repeat & I never wanted to know how to disco.Awesome tool. I recommend.

Verrrrry Strong!!
This just arrived. It is a lot bigger than I expected and it is VERY strong! It feels like a lot more than 24 oz. retraction force. I bought it for a diving console. I am concerned it may be too strong. The lock is very hard to operate. It is stiff and takes two hands to lock and unlock. I don't know if this will get better with time but I plan to contact the manufacturer about it. I use my console with a compass so the lock was important to me. The lock is big and that will help when using it with gloves. I could use the quick release and detach the console when navigating if necessary. It will be useful when disassembling the equipment, The console would just have the clip and leave the retractor on the BCD.

but is perfect for this use while underwater
Worked perfectly for a recent dive to 100 feet with my new camera (Olympus TG-4 with underwater case). Strong retraction strength seems excessive while on the surface, but is perfect for this use while underwater. Clip is a little hard to take off, but I haven't needed to do this, and I would rather this than make it too loose and risk losing my expensive gear.
