180 Days of Math is an effective workbook designed to help students improve their math skills. This easy-to-use kindergarten workbook is great for at-home learning or in the classroom. The engaging standards-based activities cover grade-level skills with easy to follow instructions and an answer key to quickly assess student understanding. Each daily practice page includes 6 math problems covering number identification, addition and subtraction, patterns, measurement, and foundational geometry. Watch as studentโs math confidence grows with these quick learning activities.Parents appreciate the teacher-approved activity books that keep their child engaged and learning. Great for homeschooling, to reinforce learning at school, or prevent learning loss over summer.Teachers rely on the daily practice workbooks to save them valuable time. The ready to implement activities are perfect for daily morning review or homework. The activities can also be used for intervention skill building to address learning gaps. Review: Math - I was looking for something for my son to complete over summer break so he wouldnโt loose the skills he has learned. I really liked the simplicity and reoccurring concepts as they gradually got harder. Review: Exactly on-level for Kindergarden - Me and my five year old kindergartener are half way through this- it took us about two months. It on-level and difficulty increases at an imperceptible rate- two qualities often missing from other workbooks. So far almost no "dud" questions. We usually do six to ten pages at a sitting, since at the moment we're not doing any other supplemental workbooks. It is an excellent adjunct to Kumon since this book has an extreme focus on concepts, where as Kumon pages at this same level have a laser-like focus on the mechanics of writing & counting. There is some additional teacher guide material that I didn't pay much attention to, so I can't speak to that part.

Great kindergarten learning and refresher tool
This is a great series Front and back pages that help refresh what she knows and brings in a few new products in a way she doesn't even realize she's learning

This book accurately represents what a child should know by the end of kindergarten.
I was looking for a workbook that would ensure that my child was learning what is required in kindergarten, and to fully prepare my child for 1st grade. This book met these goals and. . . . then some. Depending on your child, he or she will most likely need your help for at least the first few months, if not the year. It is unreasonable to expect an average 4-5 year-old to be able to read and understand all of the problems without your help. If you are not prepared to sit with your child and work through this book, then this is not the book for you. This is not a colouring book. My child completed the workbook in six months. She completed more than the suggested one page a day. Her pre-school education was average. I began the workbook at the beginning of the school year, October. She easily worked her way through many of the initial problems; while with others, I was required to stop, teach and or explain the problem. The workbook was consistent with all concepts and problems being taught in her kindergarten class. Since each set of math problems repeat every day, and they became progressively harder, I was able to ascertain how well she understood or had mastered the concepts. The constant repetition of the math problems was key to me being satisfied that she had mastered the concept. Her ability to evaluate and read the questions and answer them quickly, was when I knew. . . . she knew!

Great for teachers and homeschoolers! !
I use these books for homeschooling to start off each of the required 180 days. It helps me to keep track of how many days we have done and it allows me to see what we have done in math each day. Each page has different types of problems, so the kids don't get bored. They are truly grade appropriate work. The additional CD is nice, so you can print out pages again and have a file on hand. These would be truly great for "morning work" activities for teachers. Would definitely buy these each year. I just with they made them for spelling, language arts science. etc.

Great for Small Groups and Centers!
This workbook is a great resource for small group instruction or centers. In my class, we complete 2 pages each day during centers. I can differentiate instruction by having students complete pages based on their learning level. I love that it covers a variety of national standards and exposes students to new math concepts daily. Because this workbook follows the same daily pattern, my kindergartners were able to recognize and read many of the directions independently after 2 months. The pacing is perfect, as it gradually increases the level of rigor each week. Also, it is very beneficial to use the tracking sheets, which outline student strengths and weaknesses, during parent conferences. I would definitely recommend this workbook for small group instruction or for parents wanting extra practice for their kids at home.

My 5yo loves this book and is willing to do multiple pages at a time
I reward my kids with stickers on a chart for learning activities and give my 5yo son in Kinder 1 sticker for every page (front & back) done up to 3 pages per day. He loves this book and is always disappointed to stop and move to next book. Each page has similar layout and concept so kids catch on quickly to what is required. 6 questions per page (12 for front and back of each). Also teaches patterns, types of measurements (time versus distance versus weight, etc.), and more.

Love all levels - K-6 for data tracking
I use all 5 pages for a week on Mondays. Then I use the results to plan the rest of the week for each student. I also use sample pages from each book to place my students in the correct book. I have a small class of students who have special needs so this is workable and it prevents us from spinning wheels on mastered skills. All NCTM strands for each grade level are covered. It ends up letting me set up an individualized spiral curriculum for each of my students. Students love the consistency of it and I love that all skills are covered with at least 5 questions per week.
