Armholes came half way to my waist. If you have no knowledge of altering patterns you would be lost. Shoulder width on a small has same cutting lines as "Q"(whatever that is). Neckline was so wide it fell of my shoulders. I am not a pattern maker but I could have drawn this pattern with my kids' crayons & saved $16.50. This pattern was a good starting off point, but I had to make A LOT of adjustments. Luckily, I'm handy with a sewing machine, so I was able to figure out what needed to be done. I used the size that matched up with my measurements, but found it to be way too big. Also, the amount of fabric and fringe that it said I would need was way off. It said 2 1/2 yards of fabric, I got 3. Glad I did because I needed it. I pretty much had to double the amount of fringe it called for. The 12 yds it called for must be for the SM size.
