Good for normal flow and super easy to use. I absolutely love these tampons. But you have to change the tampon every 4 to 6 hours depending on you flow . I would say that if you are haveing a normal flow then then you will worth burying it. I'm using these tampons from past one complete year. Even girls who have just started their periods can also use these tampons they are safe but I m repeating it that you have to change the tampon every 6 hours if you keep the tampon in more then 6 to 8 hours you are getting high chances of infection.
